Asianhomeappliance.com reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of item that does not meet its return and exchange conditions.
Replacement of item due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective items can be returned or exchanged.
For defective item, the customer shall inform asianhomeappliance.com within 7 days. Please send your message through asianhomeappliance.com chat support or Asian Home Appliance Facebook messenger chat support or you may contact any Asian Home Appliance store. A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to investigate and provide instructions. If customer informs Asian Home Appliance beyond 7 days, the matter will still be investigated but replacement will be under authorized service center/manufacturer discretion.
The item for return must be in its original delivery condition, complete with accessories, and sent back to us with original Sales Invoice and with prepaid shipping charges. Shipping and handling service are non-refundable. Asian Home Appliance cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, it is recommended that the item be insured to the full price and shipped via trackable mail service.
A customer may return the purchased item(s) if:
- Item not as advertised
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective Item
- Missing accessories
